Service Description

If your organization is tasked with securing large public events, experiencing drone incursions into a secured facility, or responsible for protecting critical infrastructure. These low-cost, high-tech, and easily weaponized drones can cause terror just about anywhere. This 2-day course provides students with the latest technology and tactics to prevent and respond to a drone attack with an effective Counter Unmanned Aircraft System (CUAS). Learn how to safely, effectively and lawfully use counter-drone operations and measures. Students will be able to: • Explain the legal issues governing law enforcement conduct and investigations • Describe how to obtain legislation for enforceable drone laws • Conduct effective investigations on criminal drone activity • Use counter-drone measures that include emerging technology for detection and, when lawful, interdiction • Describe drone weaponizing techniques • Identify potential drone threats Who Should Attend The course is designed for drone / UAS operators, supervisors and tactical and security operation teams Prerequisites- None Course fees are set for a minimum of 6 students per course to host, if the minimum is not met the course will be cancelled, postponed or the full fee will be applied.

Conditions for training are dependent on weather, site location and seasonal environment. In the event of a major storm in the region, there is a chance that the course will cancel so that attendees and instructors can support various agencies, in this case, a full refund will be applied.
